DS – The term Data Source (“DS”, “ds”, “data-source”) means any system (virtual or bare-metal), web application, enterprise service, a data logger or sensor connected to a public or private network with a valid IPv4 or IPv6 address, and bound to a single Kronometrix data subscription. For example: 3 virtual machines are considered 3 data-sources, no matter how many devices and components they have.

Premium 24×7 or Mission Critical Service – requires minimum 10 data-sources, annual commitment

Managed Service – improve your operations by allowing Kronometrix team to manage your systems and enterprise services, including a 8×5 or 24×7 incident management package (incident cases per month)

Root Cause Analysis – A simple way to troubleshoot and investigate your production problems. A Kronometrix operation engineer will connect to your environment and try to help with your production issue(s). Includes up to a number of hours per months. More root-cause analysis hours can be purchased, separately.

Remote Access – Keep track of your Kronometrix Data Recording or Kronometrix IoT Gateway. Kronometrix team can connect to your environment to check and maintain all Kronometrix products. All installations can be automatically monitored for availability and performance.

ICT Service Injector – analyze the performance and availability of your Internet services, like: HTTP, IMAP, POP3, SMTP outside your private network, from different geo-locations: Europe, Asia or US.

Annual Commitment – the period of time you plan to use the service, minimum 1 year. You can cancel anytime, but you need to pay at least 1 year. Billed every month.

Enterprise Services

From SMTP, POP3, IMAP to Memcached, Redis or MariaDB check the performance and availability of your services inside or outside your network. Avoid outages using our Smart Alarms system to make sure your services are properly functioning.

Security

No manual work, easy validation for all your X.509 security certificates from web to mail services across your organisation. Stay informed and know in time, what certificates you need to renew and re-install without any service outage and disruption.
